August 4, 2006I don’t eat it as often as I should, but tonight I stir fried it with pork, onion and shiitakes. If I had thought of it in time, marinating the pork would have been nice, but who has the time for this kind of thing on a Friday that feels kind of hot.
Must be those Easterners blaming us for all their heat woes.
