Google’s Buttermilk Fried Chicken Elvis Loved

At one time, this was posted at googleblog, but alas, it is there no more. But I found a reasonable facsimile - a recipe to contemplate, to mull over, and to fantasize about. It is along the lines of recipes that begin: ‘First, dig a pit,’ or ’secure 15 cauldrons’.

Also known as chicken a la the king. It is attributed to a man that Charlie Ayers, former chef at Google, knew.
