a new longevity diet: chocolate and wine

Devised by Australian and Netherlands scientists, it emphasizes seven foods that lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Here they are:

Wine, 150 ml/day, the red kind
Chocolate 100g/day, the dark kind
Fish (four meals/week)
Fruits and veggies 400g/day
Almonds 68g/day
Garlic 2.7g/day

An extra six years could be added to a man’s life and almost five for a woman.
