the McDonald’s diet

On Sunday, I had a Big Mac for the first time in over a year. I’d forgotten how much bread can be in one sandwich, and that took care of my carb allowance for the day, pretty much.

But apparently, if you’re careful, and you have a digestive system that can handle it, you might be able lose weight on nothing but McDonald’s.

I’m going to guess that the salads play a major role in this die.
